Head of Vendor Agent Partnerships

Remote Full-time$240k-$320k OTE + equity

Teleperson's consumer agents are only as powerful as the brand-side agents they can talk to. You'll lead the team that gets the largest banks, telcos, retailers, and SaaS providers to expose their A2A endpoints to us — and to do it well.

Why this role matters

The brands you sign here become the first generation of vendor agents on the consumer-agentic web. It's the closest a partnerships role gets to building category infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Own the vendor partnerships P&L: pipeline, signed agents, time-to-first-call, and retention
  • Build the playbook for selling into IT, support, and digital teams whose first reaction is "you want our agent to talk to who?"
  • Work with product and protocol on which vendor capabilities to prioritize next based on consumer demand signals
  • Hire, ramp, and lead the partnerships team as we scale from launch partners to long-tail integrations
  • Represent Teleperson at industry forums on agentic commerce and digital identity

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in partnerships or BD at a developer platform, fintech infra, or API-first company
  • Track record signing technical partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises
  • Comfort going deep on technical concepts (A2A, MCP, OAuth, SCIM) without being an engineer
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; able to negotiate against legal, security, and product simultaneously
  • Excited to work fully remote with frequent travel to partners

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with CX, identity, or AI leaders at large enterprises
  • Has launched a 0-to-1 partner program before
