Trust & Safety Lead, Agentic Commerce

Remote Full-time$220k-$290k + equity

Agent-to-agent transactions create a new abuse surface — impersonation, prompt injection across agent boundaries, automated dispute fraud, social engineering of vendor agents. You'll lead the team that keeps Teleperson's agentic graph healthy and the consumer side trustworthy.

Why this role matters

Teleperson's long-term moat is consumer trust. This role builds it. Everything from your detection rules to your public posts becomes part of how the world learns to trust agentic commerce.

What you'll do

  • Define and own Teleperson's policy stack for what consumer agents can and cannot do, and how vendor agents must behave
  • Build the detection and response system for agent abuse — anomaly detection, kill switches, takedown workflows
  • Run incident response when an agent on either side misbehaves; own the comms and the structural fix
  • Partner with legal on consumer protection, fair lending, and regional compliance for agent-led transactions
  • Brief the public, partners, and regulators on how Teleperson keeps agentic commerce safe

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in trust & safety, fraud, or platform integrity at a consumer-scale product
  • Has run incident response under public scrutiny
  • Comfortable thinking adversarially about LLMs, prompt injection, and tool-poisoning attacks
  • Strong written voice — policies, public posts, and regulator-facing memos are all part of the job
  • Excited to work fully remote

Nice to have

  • Experience at a marketplace, identity provider, or payments platform
  • Background in AI red-teaming or adversarial ML
